MOBILE AND RESPONSIVE
The Virtual Medical Liaison is a mobile application that was recently piloted at our client Novo Nordisk. The solution utilized all deployed mobile and desktop devices that allowed real time connectivity with the HCP (Health Care Professionals) to a live medical consultant. The connection was made via the sales representative using the company iPhone that had the native application installed. Once launched the HCP would engage with the Virtual Liaison via FaceTime to provide direct question/answer opportunities. The solution also utilized SharePoint as the back end and reporting tool set.
